Services and pricing

Three fixed offers, with the prices on the page.

Every engagement is one of the three below. Written scopes, fixed prices, nothing unlimited. Most firms start with the audit.

The Enrollment Growth System

$4,000 to $8,000

Three to four weeks

An install of four to six modules chosen from what the audit found, built on your existing tools, documented, and left entirely in your name so it keeps working without us. The price depends on how many modules you need, and the audit fee comes off the top.

What an install includes

  • Four to six of the seven modules, chosen from the audit’s fix list.
  • Built on your existing scheduling tool, email, and text messaging, with a workflow tool connecting them.
  • Every sequence and message written to sound like you, and every module working even with the AI parts turned off.
  • A one-page runbook so you or anyone on your team can see what runs when.
  • A thirty-day check after launch to tune what the first real inquiries reveal.

Our promiseThe price is fixed once the module list is agreed, every module is tested before it is called done, and everything is set up in your name.

The growth retainer

$1,500 to $3,000 a month

Month to month

A defined monthly checklist that keeps the system tuned and reports the numbers. It is not unlimited support, and it runs month to month, because the scorecard is what should renew it.

The monthly checklist

  • The five-number scorecard, delivered on one page.
  • Review-engine upkeep and responses.
  • Google Business Profile maintenance.
  • One experiment or improvement each month.
  • A seasonal campaign each quarter, timed to your calendar.

Our promiseMonth to month, no minimum. Cancel by email before the first of the month.

The seven modules

What an install is made of.

Every install picks four to six. They run on your scheduling tool, email, and text messaging, with a workflow tool connecting them, and each one works with the AI parts turned off.

  1. Speed to lead

Every inquiry gets an instant, personal-sounding reply with a booking link, you get a text, and a polite follow-up runs on its own if nothing is booked within two days.

  2. Qualification triage

The intake form asks about grade, subject, timeline, and budget, sends serious families straight to your calendar, and keeps the rest warm.

  3. The no-show killer

Reminders the day before and two hours before every consultation, with one-tap rescheduling.

  4. The review engine

After enrollment milestones, an automated but personal request for a Google review.

  5. Seasonal reactivation

Each season, a campaign to past families timed to test dates, summer windows, and application deadlines.

  6. Onboarding chase

Enrollment agreement, payment, and forms sequenced automatically so you stop chasing paperwork.

  7. The owner scorecard

The five monthly numbers compiled automatically instead of by hand.

The monthly page

What you get every month.

The sentence we are working toward reads like this: twelve tracked inquiries against a baseline of five, nine answered within ten minutes, seven consultations, four families enrolled, and $24,000 of attributable revenue against a $2,000 retainer.

Until your own numbers exist, the example uses illustrative figures.

What we guarantee

  • A full refund on the audit if you say on the call it was not worth it
  • Fixed prices that do not move
  • Every module tested before it is called done
  • Everything in your name

What we do not promise

  • Rankings
  • A number of enrollments
  • Revenue

We promise the instrumentation, the deliverables, and the cadence, and we let the numbers decide whether you renew.

What we do not do

  • Websites for their own sake
  • Ads by default
  • Hold your accounts

Everything is set up in your name, and you keep all of it if we part ways.

A good fit

  • Owner-run education businesses in and around New York
  • Programs worth $2,000 or more per family

Not a fit

  • Schools and larger institutions, which buy by committee
  • Firms that only want a new website, or only want ads

Questions

Seven answers.

Do I need a new website?
Usually not. The site is the commodity; the system around it is what moves the numbers.
Which tools do you use?
Yours, wherever possible, plus ordinary, inexpensive tools where something is missing. Nothing exotic.
Do you need student records?
Never. For the audit we ask for a handful of recent inquiries with families’ names removed.
Can this start mid-season?
The audit is designed for it: thirty minutes of your time across two weeks. Bigger installs belong in the shoulder months, and we will say so.
How is this different from the last agency?
Fixed scope, fixed price, and a baseline written down before any work starts, so the monthly numbers cannot be hand-waved.
What if I do the audit and skip the build?
You keep the fix list and the baseline, and many fixes are things you can do yourself. We check in once, then leave you be.
Is there a guarantee?
On the audit, yes. If you decide on the walkthrough call that it was not worth the fee, say so and it is refunded in full. Installs are fixed price with every module tested before it is called done, and the retainer runs month to month, so stopping is always yours to decide. Nobody here guarantees enrollments or revenue, because that would mean guaranteeing your season, your pricing, and your teaching.
