What we collect, and what we do with it.

The intake form

Your name, email, website, business type, a rough inquiry volume, an optional note, and an optional phone number. We use it only to reply to you and to prepare your walkthrough or audit. We do not add you to a list.

Booking

If you book a call, the scheduling tool asks for your name and email so it can send confirmations and reminders.

Analytics

Basic, aggregated page statistics so we know which pages people read. No advertising trackers.

Sharing

We do not sell or share what you send us. The tools that store it (form handling, email, scheduling) act only on our behalf.

Retention and requests

We keep form submissions as long as we are in touch with you, and delete them when you ask. Write to the address in the footer.
